01. Introduction
Mr. Rajesh Sharma’s Nihal Niwas was envisioned as a grand residence that exudes luxury and sophistication. The challenge was to design a space that is both stately and livable, blending aesthetics with modern functionality.

The design process prioritized large, open spaces with a focus on symmetry and natural light. NIV’s team incorporated modern materials, including stone and glass, to add a touch of elegance and timelessness.
03. Decor
The decor theme revolves around luxury and sophistication. Grand furnishings, statement lighting, and bold accents bring character to the home, while neutral tones ensure harmony and elegance throughout the space.
